The TM10i CNC Slant-bed Turning Centre is equipped with the a powerful 29.5HP Spindle producing maximum torque of 350Nm, a Ø81mm Bar capacity and generous max turning diameter of Ø450mm and turning length of 760mm. Built using a rigid one-piece machine base casting and linear roller guideways on all axis, the TM10i exhibits excellent static and dynamic performance to handle heavy cuts efficiently for a wide range of part sizes and applications. The new V11 Winmax Lathe software now features the popular UltiMotion software, an enhanced 3D Graphic, concurrent programming, and recovery restart, just to name a few.

How to Interrupt Cycle On A Hurco CNC Control

Have you ever wondered how to Interrupt Cycle on your CNC mill? Cycle Interrupt can be used anytime  on the Hurco CNC control when the operator wants to suspend the automatic operation of the machine – in either conversational programs or NC programs – and place the CNC machine into a semi-manual mode. How To Increase The Benefits of Metal Cutting Workshop

Hurco SEA hosted a Technical Workshop and “Live Test-cut” event in collaboration with PolarJet (LIS Automatic Controlled Co., Ltd.) on the 3rd Dec 2021 at our Hurco CNC Technology Centre located in Taichung, Taiwan.

More than 20 guests attended this event which was targeted at demonstrating the benefits of High Pressure Coolant, Optimum Cutting Tool Selection, and Liquid Tool Analysis. Hurco SEA presented two units of 5-axis Simultaneous Machining Centres: BX40Ui and VMX30UDi demonstrating the importance of rotary centrelines and dynamic material removal. Technical Specialists from PolarJet, Blaser, MAPAL were present to share their knowledge and experience on how their products could be applied in the CNC machining process to improve the productivity and profitability. Besides the knowledge sharing via the seminars and live test-cut, guests had the opportunity to network and share their experience on coping with the market challenges and identifying new opportunities in this dynamic business environment. With the gradual easing of safe management measures and opening of international borders, we look forward to organising more of such targeted technical workshops in Singapore and other parts of SEA to stay connected to the end-users.
